Roosevelt Collection is a retail and residential project located on 8 acres in the Chicago Loop area. It will have three levels of parking, retail along the Wells Street frontage, and six stories of condominiums on top of the two levels of retail at the south half of both sides of the development. In the Northwest corner of the project, a 43-story condo tower is planned once the initial residential units are sold. A 16-screen state-of-the-art theatre complex anchors the 1.6 million SF project. On the north end of the project’s central boulevard is a grand staircase leading down to a new 2-acre public park and garden. The park will host year-round events, including concerts, art fairs, festivals and farmers’ markets. In addition to shopping and restaurant retail, the complex will contain a specialty grocer, a health club and medical specialists.
