Roosevelt Collection is a retail and residential project located on 8 acres in the Chicago Loop area. Covering 1.6 million square feet, it has three levels of parking, 342 condominium lofts, 50 retailers and restaurant spaces, a 16-screen theatre, and a 2-acre public park. The deep foundations are made up of over 40 miles of piles, a first in Chicago history, and are topped with concrete pile caps. The structure of the building is a concrete column and slab system, with a post tensioned slab in the parking deck and post tensioned beams throughout the lofts. The garage will be heated and has a plenum return air design.
