This structure, constructed adjacent to MARTA’s North Springs transit station completed by Archer Western in 1999, is located on a 20-acre site and consists of 725,000 SF of space. The North Springs Parking Deck is a six-level concrete parking facility with a capacity of 2180 vehicles and a surface parking lot, which accommodates 280 vehicles. The structure is cast-in-place, reinforced with both mild steel and post tensioned monostrand. Interior work on the project included two access stairways and one combination stair and elevator tower. The parking structure is joined to the transit station by a structural steel entrance canopy.
