The Lakeside Garage Renovation Project consists of the phased renovation and new construction of the existing 2100 car capacity, underground garage and associated facilities at grade level. The underground garage represents approximately 660,000 SF of underground parking for the Metropolitan and Pier Exposition Authority (MPEA) patrons. The work at grade includes the demolition of the existing service ramps and the new construction of the horizontal ramp surfaces. The retaining walls at the ramps received structural remediation utilizing epoxy injection and shotcrete applications.
