This project entailed the extensive renovation of this historical downtown Chicago office building; work centered on the overhaul of four lobbies, on Jackson, Van Buren, Wells and Financial Streets. The lobbies included exterior, all glass storefronts; revolving doors; and wainscot. Work was highlighted by such high-end finishes as stainless steel trim, marble flooring, wood paneling, retail glazing and various architectural enhancements.
