This Design-Build project includes 25,000 SF of administrative and scientific office space, 40,000 SF of biotechnology research laboratories, a 60-person lecture hall, 100-person cafeteria facility, a scientific research library, and an exterior shell that was designed for a 30,000 SF future laboratory expansion and office build-out, which Walsh Construction completed in a subsequent $4 Million contract in 2001. The original facility was completed in 2000 for a final contract value of $16 Million.
