This design-build contract spans a 20-acre development and includes conference space, a luxury hotel and surface parking. The hotel is a four-star Westin facility with 412 rooms, indoor swimming pool, workout facilities, a gift shop, three junior ballrooms, one grand ballroom, an Italian Restaurant and a signature steakhouse restaurant. The 390,000 SF hotel also features 50,000 SF of conference, ballroom, prefunction and breakout space.
