This Design-Build contract spans a 6.7 acre development and includes conference space, a luxury hotel, and parking facilities. The hotel is a four-star Westin facility with 500 rooms, swimming pool, workout facilities, a gift shop, and two signature restaurants operated by well-known national restaurateurs. The L-shaped hotel tower is 18 stories high and offers private terraces for several suites. The convention center contains a 20,000 SF grand ballroom, a 10,000 SF secondary ballroom, 10,000 SF of breakout meeting rooms, and 10,000 SF of small meeting and boardroom space. The project also entails the construction of an adjacent 675 car, 4-story pre-cast parking garage.
