Located on a 49-acre site, this mixed-use project consists of a 500-room, 17-story Marriott Renaissance hotel and separate Convention Center. The main hotel entrance is two-stories and eclipse-shaped, with a standing seam metal roof that includes a waterslide that cascades into a stone catch basin. The hotel includes meeting rooms, a health club, swimming and hydrotherapy pools, employee and housekeeping rooms, and storage rooms. The Lobby Bar, Restaurant, and Winter Garden are located on the second floor. The Convention Center has an 18,350 SF Ballroom of open 2.5 story space that can be divided into 10 sections. The Exhibition Hall is 98,882 SF and includes concession areas, conference rooms, service repair shops, administration office space, security offices, and a loading dock.
