The Intercontinental Chicago O’Hare Hotel is a four star hotel with 570 guestrooms. The building consists of a cast-in-place concrete T-shaped tower spanning 12 stories with a mechanical penthouse. The first floor is divided into the lobby, meeting space, ballroom space, a banquet kitchen, back of house areas, and an area designated for a future signature restaurant. It is constructed with architectural pre-cast and structural steel. Also included in this project is an eleven-story pre-cast parking garage. Below the parking garage is an entertainment venue with stadium style seating.
