The Blue Chip Hotel and Public Area Expansion Project is the seventh project done by Walsh at the Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City, Indiana. The total value of these projects is over $200 million. The most recent project is a new 22 story, 300 room luxury hotel including 35,000 SF of convention center and meeting rooms, a 10,000 SF spa and fitness area, 20,000 SF for an additional restaurant and public space, and a new 20,000 SF concourse to connect the new hotel with the existing pavilion and parking garage.
