This project called for the construction of multi-use space located at 55 Main Street and 85 Village Lane in Colleyville, Texas. The two separate 90,000SF buildings consist of underground parking facilities, true stucco facades, operable wood and aluminum windows and wood shutters, and concrete tile roofs have been designed and constructed to service retail (ground floor), commercial (2nd floor), and residential (3rd floor) tenants. Some other aspects to the buildings include fire protection systems, wrought iron balconies and staircase railings, Mexican imported stone facade, and elevator service.
