The Tides is the second luxury apartment residence in the new Lakeshore East neighborhood in downtown Chicago. The Tides is a 52-story high-rise containing 607 luxury apartment units. The $98 million project includes a first floor retail center, parking garage for nearly 400 vehicles, and a private floor called The Shore Club. Residents have free access to The Shore Club, which features the Sky Garden Lounge, a business center, party suite with catering kitchen, billiards room, and café. Also on the club floor is a spa, providing residents with a state-of-the-art fitness center, whirlpools, sauna, steam room, and massage areas. A landscaped outdoor pool and terrace includes a poolside deck, barbecue area, and poolside food delivery.
