Walsh Construction was the General Contractor for this 48-story, high-rise rental apartment building. The project contains 481 residential units, an amenities floor, a 475-space parking garage, and first floor retail space. Each residential unit contains high-end finishes with carpeted floors, a vinyl base, popcorn ceiling, maple finished cabinets, granite counter tops, and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The amenities floor contains a complete gym and fitness center, indoor basketball court, outdoor pool with patio, a resistance pool, whirlpool spa, two steam rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, library, activity room and a cyber café.
