This 1,150,000 SF, 59-story, 359-unit cast-in-place condominium high-rise is located one block west of Millennium Park in the heart of downtown Chicago. It is highlighted on the lower levels by 97,500 SF of retail space, as well as five parking levels for residents. Floors nine through fifty-seven are residential units, and the top two floors are mechanical penthouses. Work at the Heritage included complex façade restoration efforts. Four of the buildings previously existing on the site were built just after the Chicago Fire and are historically significant. The project also included construction of a portion of the City of Chicago pedway system, which goes through the basement of the project.
