This design-build project, which was constructed by a Walsh/DeMaria Joint Venture, has replaced the existing Chalmers P. Wylie Outpatient Clinic in Columbus, Ohio. The new 295,000 SF Outpatient Clinic houses nearly 50 departments combining both primary care and specialty clinics, as well as outpatient surgery and imaging departments. The 4-story facility has a structural steel frame with a copper panel system and glazed aluminum curtainwall enclosing the building. The facility is served by approximately 800 parking spaces arranged on the north and south sides of the site leaving the center portion open for the building, green space and a water feature.
