This project involved Design-Build services for the replacement of Military Family Housing located at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. The general scope of work included construction of 380 single and duplex military family housing units with all necessary and supporting amenities and facilities. The project also included the demolition of 380 existing family housing units including asbestos and lead paint removal. Project site work involved roadway extension, roadway overlay, and electrical replacement to underground, street lighting, signage, landscaping, sidewalks, traffic revisions, sewers, storm drainage system, cable TV, telephone system, and waterline extensions. New housing units include two, three, and four bedroom units with air conditioning, patio, decks, fencing, porches, storage, and garages with door openers.
