This Design-Build project entailed the construction of a three-story, high security administrative building for the Naval Reserve Forces Command. This project involved executive and administrative space with secure lobby and quarterdeck, Admiral’s flag suites, computer space, auditorium, SCIF, communications center, equipment space, and utility plant. Site improvements included over 300 on-grade parking spaces, a separate one-level, 18,000 SF elevated parking deck, roadway extension and associated utilities and landscaping. The exterior façade is comprised of brick veneer with a combination of punched aluminum windows and curtain wall to accentuate the main entries and flag offices.
