The Hale Street Barracks consisted of two 3-story barracks, one COF (command operation facilities), a 27,000 SF design/build dining facility, and miscellaneous road work. The facilities include anti-terrorism force protection measures per DCID. The combined projects add up to 332,000 SF of gross space. Archer Western self-performed over 20% of work, including structural rough carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and commissioning.
