This Design/Build project consisted of the construction of a new joint Armed Forces Reserve Center to accommodate the necessary training and support functions for three old and deteriorated reserve centers. The functional requirements for the project included: administrative spaces for all three branches of the armed forces reserve units, classrooms and training functions, armories and vault, recruiting and storage space, physical fitness facilities, male and female lockers, lounge, auditorium, and a large assembly/mustering space.
