This project consisted of the new construction of a hotel facility, casino and conference center. The conference center is a 110,000 SF Guest Pavilion and Conference Center; the Parking Structure is built to house 500 cars. The Blue Chip Resort Hotel is an 8-story, 143,000 SF facility containing 200 rooms. The structure includes two levels of underground parking and a separate two-story lobby. Construction included a complete natatorium and a linking concourse between the hotel and the existing pavilion and casino.
