The Beverly Arts Center is a 42,869 SF fine arts and community center that is highlighted by a 414-capacity performing arts theatre, a studio/black box theater, a dance studio, art gallery facilities, music studios, art classrooms, a café and gift shop, a garden courtyard for special events, and landscaped parking facilities for 100 cars. The Center serves the surrounding south Chicago and suburban areas. The building structure was erected using cast in place footing and foundation walls that support two levels of masonry walls and precast concrete floor and roof planks.
