This project is a 145,000 SF daycare center for infant to school age children. The three-story post-tensioned concrete structure has an extremely detailed masonry exterior and a full underground parking garage. The exterior of the building reflects the neighborhood vernacular of Lincoln Park while the interior is playful with curved walls and varied ceiling heights. It includes a full service kitchen and a two-story gymnasium with an exterior terrace overlooking the gym.
