The Lake Forest College Commons Annex Building is an addition to the existing student union building. The project consists of minor renovations and modernization of the existing commons coupled with the construction of 14,000 additional square feet. The new space consists of a large open entertainment area, a bar and kitchen with a connected area for pool tables and other games, and a student lounge. The Deerpath Residence Hall project at Lake Forest College involved the renovation of 25,000 SF of the existing structure and the construction of 25,000 additional square feet. Nolen Hall was a 43,000 SF renovation and additions package at Lake Forest College and consisted of a 30,000 SF complete rehab and 13,000 SF of concrete addition. New utilities were installed and all mechanical systems were updated.
